About
The Horse on the Hill Gang is a group of supporters who contribute their time and donation dollars lobbying for the passage of stronger equine protection laws and defeating anti-equine legislation.
We started in the US. We are now active in Canada, Europe and Great Britain.
What We Do
- Lobby directly for the passage of equine protection legislation at the state and federal levels in the US.
- Lobby directly for the passage equine protection legislation and the enforcement of existing laws in Canada, Europe and Great Britain.
- Employ professional lobbyists when necessary for the passage of horse protection legislation in the US, Canada, Europe and Great Britain.
- Lobby government officials directly for the enactment and implementation of protective resolutions and policies in the US and abroad.
- Establish good working relationships with equine friendly legislators in the US and abroad.
- Create innovative campaigns and put them into action.
- Work with other animal welfare lobbying groups outside the US, ie Mexico, China, Belgium, France and Italy.
- Work with a strong, active and effective base of grassroots advocates.
- Get results!

- Fact. Our Horse on the Hill Gang is still the single most influential voice for horses in North America and Europe for the improvement and advancement of equine protection laws.

Where Your Money Goes
Approximately 85% of US-based donations goes to work for horses in the US. 100% of the donations received from outside the US goes to work in those countries.
