The Horse on the Hill Gang is a
group of supporters who contribute their time and donation dollars
lobbying for the passage of stronger equine protection laws. Examples include banning horse slaughter, championing the safety and freedom of America's wild horses and burros, strengthening the Horse Protection Act outlawing horse soring and enacting effective federal laws governing horse racing.
